Where can I get my Insta360 camera repaired in the Middle East?
At Shift Electronics LLC, the official Insta360 authorised service center in the Middle East. Repairs are handled at W.H #32, Al Khayat Avenue, Al Quoz Ind 1, Dubai. It depends where you bought your camera: devices bought from insta360ksa.com or another authorised Insta360 seller are repaired under the official warranty. Devices bought from unauthorised sellers or marketplaces are not accepted for repair.

Warning: used and refurbished units sold as new
Some Insta360 units sold on marketplaces and by unauthorised stores may be used, refurbished or grey imports sold as new. These units have no official warranty in the region and our authorised service center cannot repair them. If the price looks far below retail, the box has been opened, or the seller cannot give you a proper invoice, do not buy.

How do I know if my seller is authorised?

• Buy from insta360ksa.com or the official Insta360 store.
• Ask for a tax invoice with the seller’s name and the device serial number.
• Check that the box is sealed and the serial number on the box matches the device.
• Be careful with prices far below retail, missing accessories or unclear origin.

Why won’t you repair devices from unauthorised sellers?
Used, refurbished and grey-import units cannot be traced through the official Insta360 channel in the region, so we cannot confirm their history, warranty status or parts. To protect customers who bought from authorised sellers, our service center only accepts devices with proof of purchase from an authorised seller.

How do I book a repair?
Contact us before sending your device or visiting in person: WhatsApp or call +966 50 122 9889 or email hello@insta360ksa.com with your order number or invoice, the serial number and a short description of the issue. We’ll coordinate the repair with Shift Electronics.
